Support that fits your life. Not the other way around.
Good in-home support starts with the right person. Someone who understands your routine, respects how you like things done, and shows up because they care — not just because it's their shift.
We match carefully. We train thoroughly. And we make consistency a non-negotiable — because the difference between support that changes your life and support that just fills a gap almost always comes down to the person delivering it.
What We Support
Daily Living and Personal Care
Assistance with morning and evening routines, personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication prompts, and keeping your home exactly the way you like it. Done with dignity. Done your way. Every time.
Community Access and Social Participation
Getting out, staying connected, and doing the things that make life genuinely good — whether that's sport, shopping, a regular coffee, a community event, or something you've always wanted to try. Your support worker is there to make it happen, not just to be present while it does.
Skill Development and Capacity Building
Great support builds independence — it doesn't create reliance on it. Our workers actively support you to develop skills, try new things, and grow your confidence over time. Every shift is an opportunity to move forward.
Transport and Appointments
Getting to medical appointments, therapy sessions, community activities, and social outings — reliably, safely, and without the stress of figuring it out yourself.
Overnight and Sleepover Support
Active night support and sleepover options for participants who need someone there around the clock. Properly staffed, properly managed, and delivered by workers who know what overnight support actually requires.
Complex and High-Intensity Personal Care
For participants with complex care needs — HIDPA-trained workers who are competency assessed and clinically supervised. Medication management, complex bowel care, wound care, ventilator support, PEG feeding, and more. Delivered by workers who are trained for it, not just rostered for it.
Consistent workers. Always.
We match support workers based on personality, communication style, shared interests, and compatibility with your goals. Then we roster consistently — so the same people show up, build the relationship, and actually invest in where you're headed.
A different face every week isn't support. It's just attendance.
Connected to your whole team.
Our support workers are part of a wider team that includes support coordinators, allied health professionals, and plan managers. When something changes, the right people know. When your goals shift, your support shifts with them.
If you have providers outside of EC — we work with them openly and without friction. Always.
Core Support
We offer flexible core supports that adapt to your needs, helping you move through each day with comfort, confidence, and choice.
ILO
Our ILO approach helps you build a living setup that reflects your lifestyle, your choices, and your independence.
SIL
